This course certifies instructors to teach individuals with visual impairments essential skills for independent indoor and outdoor mobility. The certification originated from Hong Kong and is officially approved by the Hong Kong Orientation and Mobility Specialist Association. Through partnership, SAVH has brought this course to Singapore.

Trainees commenced their learning journey in Hong Kong, where they were introduced to core theoretical foundations and instructional methodologies. A key highlight of the programme was the practicum component conducted in Singapore, where trainees applied and refined their skills under close supervision within the local urban environment.
